Instructional Technology

Program Description

The Masters Degree in Instructional Technology prepares candidates to work in educational settings requiring expertise in improving performance, designing instruction, and using a variety of educational delivery systems. This program enables professionals to select and use a variety of technologies to produce long-term benefits for individuals and educational organizations. The coursework in this program includes a wide range of theoretical and practical experiences. It culminates in the completion of an electronic portfolio of the candidate's work and skills in Instructional Technology and an interactive website.

The Instructional Technology program is available to candidates who wish to pursue the Master of Education in Instructional Technology and carries no certification*.   Designed for teachers, resource persons, and administrators at all grade levels (K-12),  the sequence in Instructional Technology offers a unique opportunity to develop comprehensive knowledge and experience in the educational applications of computers and related technologies
